I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Live on a farm - grass fed beef, pork, eggs, milk, vege etc

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Train at CFWX and in the country - mix up .com, CFE, our programming and skills

Heard about CrossFit through another trainer and tried some wods out and loved it. Taught myself in the early days off .com and youtube.

Always train differently - rest a lot too. Train hard when I do and rest to recover.
