How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat as healthy as I can over here in Afghanistan. Ice Cream is my one cheat food daily. I prefer more of the zone over paleo.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts
I write my own programming
I workout at Crossfit Leatherneck out here. When I am at a PB I do my own programming. I often do 4 on 1 or 2 off. It also depends on the operation schedule. Currently I am doing 2 - 3 on and 1 off. My deployment has sort of taken away from my training schedule. In California I workout at Crossfit Darkhorse and I am usually there on the weekends. I program myself Monday through Friday.

I train other people
Started out getting introduced to it in the military during a course. In 2010 after a deployment on the 31st MEU, became hooked and did my best to teach myself. Did not join a gym until May 2011.
