How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I try to eat well but allow myself some flexibility. I will treat myself on occasion, but I don't enjoy full blown cheat meals.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I've competed in several sports over the years, including triathlons, figure competitions, Olympic weightlifting, curling, and the firefighter combat challenge in addition to CrossFit.
