How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I try to eat well but allow myself some flexibility. I will treat myself on occasion, but I don't enjoy full blown cheat meals.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I've competed in several sports over the years, including triathlons, figure competitions, Olympic weightlifting and the firefighter combat challenge in addition to CrossFit.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I train other people
I enjoy CrossFit workouts, and I like how they prepare me for the firefighter combat challenge competitions, which I consider to be my "main" sport.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
My rest days are usually determined by my work schedule.
