My wife got me into Crossfit back in '06, I hated it at first yet here I am now! Active duty Marine for over 13 years, 1stSgt with Kilo 3/6. I train out of my garage.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I used to follow strict zone, now I still follow zone but done measure portions because most of it I have memorized. I do a lot of carb back loading which really seems to help.
How I Train
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
I do a strength bias. I do my own programming for the most part focusing on weaknesses and loads that make me nervous. Its been working great.

I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week

I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I guess it depends on what you consider a workout. I always start with strength, and then hit a wod to exploit the strength I just did and will usually throw in some skill work or running.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Started back in '06. I was a range of motion nightmare. I'll stand the test now though.
