I co-own and train at Carport CrossFit. My husband and I program wods for our affiliate, using a mix of .com wods and Carport originals.
My Athletic Background
I cheered and ran track in school. In college I started bodybuilding. After my third daughter was born I started competing in figure competitions, working my way up to National level competions. Now I am a CrossFit competitor all the way!
