How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I keep pretty true to Paleo.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I do my workouts at CrossFit Rutherford, the best CrossFit box.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
Played baseball and football as a youth. Didn't play any school sports in middle school but played football freshman and sophomore year in high school. Quit junior year and now I do CrossFit and Wado-Ryu Karate. Best decision I've ever made.
