First time I went to try out was at CrossFit 305 in Miami with Peter and Dan. Awesome coaches! Back then "I thought I was in shape"... until I tried out a class. Since then, CrossFit has changed my life. I started an Affiliate this year in Medellin, Colombia. Fuerza CrossFit.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
Here I usually train around once or twice depending on how busy the day is.
