I was former mma fighter. i fought more 20 times fight in a ring. So I actually wanted to improve my pyhsical skills.

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

I am crossfit trainer in Korea. I always spread crossfit study cf, teach crossfit in korea.

I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
