I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I try to eat Paleo 80-90% of the time with 1 true cheat meal each week. Some weeks are better than others, of course.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I workout 4-5 x weekly. My training is solely CrossFit training.
