How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I eat strict Paleo
We cook awesome meals, I say we because me and a few friends try new dishes all the time. ~ Knowing that 1 apple, 2 eggs, 6-12 almonds and cinn, is a perfect paleo 2 block "oatmeal" is the way I start my day.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
I would like to say I invented the Wallball or 150 and of them but no, I follow old programming guides from the level 1 cert back in 2007 to write current workouts, with a touch of specialists training a couple days a week, ie, lifting, gymnastics, endurance.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
hahah, I don't get to train as much as I'd like but thats life. I do follow a strict bed time. :)
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
It doesn't matter how long I've been crossfitting- question is will I ever stop. There are lots of things I'm good at- crossfit just makes all of those other things fall into place.. its like a big stone with smaller stones all around- I've watched so many people become brave and do it on their own its amazing.
