I have been training on my own for the past year, but recently was able to join an affiliate. Time to take it to the next level.

I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I have been in to fitness for over a decade. When I found Crossfit it was a perfect fit for me and many things I want to accomplish.

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Usually my days involve some strength, metcon, mobility, and skills.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I was absolutely terrible when I first started. Pretty sure my first Diane was 22 minutes.
