How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
When I'm full I stop eating.

I write my own programming
My programming is so random that it has a pattern. Lift heavy or go home.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
Soccer, track, hockey, football, golf, and amateur bodybuilding @ collegiate level.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
I like what a I do and I do what I like!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I lift when I have time. Right now my life revolves around my 4 kids so it is tough to fit in the workouts like I used to. If I can accomplish 3 solid workouts + 1 run a week I am happy. I just focus on what's not sore.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Have been doing functional training and lifting since I was 15 yrs. old, but it wasn't called crossfit then.
