I train during lunch at Crossfit Central, 2-3 days a week with Ursula Garza, and the remainder of the week train out of my garage.

I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I train around my work schedule which means 2 days at 4:30am, 2 evenings from 7-9pm and the remainder of the week I train evenings at home or on 2x a day on the weekend.
