How long have you been doing CrossFit?

1-2 years

I started CF in January 2012- I loved it! I hurt my back last summer/fall- not at CF, but I did not allow proper time for it to heal and I further injured myself at CF at a competetion. I took time off after the competition from the end of September through Mid- January. I was so happy to be back to CF and am glad to be competing in the Open!
