How I Eat
I follow the Whole9 style of Paleo eating all year round with a few 'cheats' thrown in. During competition time I ratchet down to strict Whole30.
How I Train
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
Most of my workouts are at the gym at work, but I travel a lot so sometimes I just make up my own workout with whatever is available. If there's a Crossfit box nearby I'll go there.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I played a lot of sports in High School, then played Lacrosse in College. After college I got into Triathlon and distance running and eventually found Crossfit in late 2008. I enjoy competing in Crossfit events but I also use it as my PT program for life and continue to play lots of recreational sports.
