How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I train exclusively at CrossFit Lethbridge and follow the Outlaw Way as well as anything that looks fun that day.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played hockey, soccer, basketball, volleyball, badminton and rugby through high school. Some intramural sports in University, but nothing serious.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
One workout usually means one Outlaw session...which is 2 hours+ of training 5 days a week.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Started in 2009, haven't looked back since.
