Bio

Proud to be a part of the CrossFit NOLA famliy!! Placed 12th in age group division at the Sprint World Triathlon Championships in 2009. Discovered Crossfit Endurance during that time and CrossFit shortly after. Opened CrossFit NOLA in 2010 and placed 17th at the South Central Regional competition in 2011 and 2012. My goal is to qualify as a Master in the newly created 40-44 division and compete at the Games this year! In the meantime, looking forward to seeing what my body can do and pushing myself to its limit!
