I am in Law Enforcement within the Orange County, CA area. I have been in the business for over 20 years, SWAT team member for 18 years, including some time in the US Marine Corps. Without a doubt I compete out of inspiration I have attained from the various acts of heroism displayed daily in the military and my field of work. I work with many professionals and it is not difficult to find them. Whether its teacher's leading our youth, or coaches leading others into better lifestyles of fitness I take bits and pieces from them and always learn something new. Like Iron sharpens iron may we sharpen each other. If there is one place I can go for inspirations it would be the Pandemic Crossfitt box, I call the Hall of Heros. I am grateful to train in a box that honors several who have paid the ultimate sacrifice. When I suffer during a workout I often look at their photo posted on any of the box's four walls and push harder to pay tribute. It is what they would have wanted. I compete because the strength of my family supports me to. My family is my "Why." Why do I do what I do? Because of the endless support and love from my wife, sons, and daughter and most importantly I do everything for them. I love them to the moon. Good luck to everyone. May you continue to live and enjoy a Pandemic wave of success!!
