Cody’s mission is to motivate and inspire people to achieve things they never thought possible. He has a record of success from pushing people to perform outside of their comfort zones, helping them to reach their goals through positive and supportive coaching. With a background in competitive rugby, athletics and bodybuilding, Cody used this experience to open a gym that introduced bootcamp style training to South Korea. Cody first experienced CrossFit about two years ago. Since then, he has been totally committed to developing his own skills and introducing the CrossFit way of life to those around him. With his drive and ability to adapt his coaching to each individual, Cody believes he can take people of all shapes, sizes, skill levels and ages and show them the benefits of CrossFit.
