I own Oakleaf CrossFit and we are a garage box located in a suburb of Jacksonville, FL. I have given up local CF comps and switched over to Strongman where I have won ('19) and placed ('17/'18) at national championships, podiumed in world log and deadlift championships in Australia ('19), and placed top 10 in the world as an "Open Master" at the Official Strongman games, Worlds Strongest Master ('18).
