We have been an affiliate since 2010 inside the beautiful Morrison Family YMCA. Our athletes range from 11 years old to 84 years young. There is a place for YOU here with us! As part of the YMCA, we offer childcare during most of our class times and an amazing AIR CONDITIONED atmosphere for CrossFitters of all levels.
