How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat a modified Paleo diet. Nothing refined, no gluten, no sugar, no alcohol, but I do eat potatoes, quinoa, oats and white rice. In response to my diet I created a "paleo-friendly" treat and launched a small business called Crave: Intelligent Indulgence. These "treats" help keep me, and other athletes, well-nourished and satisfied.
