How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
If I tired too much and worried about next day's WOD, then I usually go to Zone Diet around 17 Blocks. It works. But I don't usually eat sugar, white flour bread, pan cakes, cakes, beef, pork but if I have no choice under any circumstances then I also eat beet and port but goes to organics or grass feed beef only. For pork, I prefer steamed pork. I am trying to meet Zone Diet rules. I stay away any salty, spicy, soy bean sauced marinated foods. Most of Western people thinks Asian foods is healthy but most of foods are marinated by salt and soy bean sauce. This is why the most popular disease causes are stomach cancer in Japanese and Korean people.

I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
My Experience With CrossFit
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
At least 5 days/week. At least 1 hrs/day. Doing CrossFit, I feel I am ALIVE everyday. Quit smoking, quit heavy alcoholic drinking, and reduce fat but gains muscle.

I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
