How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Primarily paleo, although I find it hard to stick to in Japan.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
I am the affiliate owner of CrossFit Yokosuka.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I love anything that is adventurous. I train almost 100% CrossFit. We just ran the Tokyo marathon without any additional training.. no long runs, no tapering, just CrossFit. I also completed the Augusta Ironman 70.3, but I did a lot of bike riding and some swimming. We have done a number of obstacle races; Tough Mudder, Mud runs, Warrior Dash and road races. After the Open, we have a team that will be participating in Urbanathlon.
