I love Crossfit!!! I enjoy it because I feel as if this sport breeds excellence among people and their communities. The overwhelming sense of everyone in one place giving 100% at whatever they are doing is just amazing... you can't top the feeling anywhere else. I served in the military and found crossfit in Iraq with several of my brothers and have used it to the fullest extent ever since :) Thanks for what you do for us Crossfit, Derrick
