Daddy of 2. Hubby. My biggest motivating factors (11 y/o girl, 7 y/o boy) keep me wanting to stay fit. My wife understands and supports my balanced approached to health and fitness. My family keeps me dialed in and Never allows me to Give up! This hobby of Crossfit has become a passion.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I do my best to eat clean. But when I'm stressed in the office... peeps better hide their candy staches.... I'm coming to get them.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I also enjoy doing Spartan Races. 2016 will be my year to do a double trifecta!

How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Worked out in a gym since the age of 16. Discovered Crossfit at 37 along with Spartan Races.. and thought this is a fun way to stay fit!
