How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I eat a good paleo diet, witha little extra fat and protein included. I usually cheat once a week, sometimes twice.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I'll do a good hard wod and usually lift heavy or work on my technique of certain skills after that.
