How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Started the paleo-ish journey in June 2010. And it is definitely a journey! I encourage everyone to start slow and not get discouraged. I had the most dramatic changes in my body happen from year 2 to year 3. Stick with it. It's worth it!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
Train at Crossfit Enhance in Decatur, IL 5-6 days a week.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I grew up as athlete starting with gymnastics at around age 2. Played basketball, softball and volleyball through high school. Mostly did cardio and light weightlifting since colleg until I found Crossfit (or Crossfit found me) in 2010.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
Crossfit has and continues to play a major role in shaping me into a better person not only physically but also mentally, emotionally and most of all spiritually. To HIM alone be all the glory!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
