My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I grew up as athlete starting with gymnastics at around age 2. Played basketball, softball and volleyball through high school. Mostly did cardio and light weightlifting since college until I found Crossfit (or Crossfit found me) in 2010.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit

Crossfit has and continues to play a major role in shaping me into a better person not only physically but also mentally, emotionally and most of all spiritually. To HIM alone be all the glory!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Homeschooling stay at home mom to 3 beautiful girls - Aubree(9), Adria(6) and Ashlyn(1). Fit Crossfit in as best I can.
