How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I try to eat Paleo a majority of the time, but dang it i do love me some frozen yogurt and peanut butter.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I record my workouts
I also like to run. It's incredible how much faster i am now, and my endurance because of crossfit.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
Sports have been pretty much the center of my life since i was in 5th grade and there's not a thing i would change about that.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
Crossfit WestCo has changed my how outlook on fitness and life in general. I can't get enough.
