How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I got introduced to CrossFit by a Games 60+ Master's athlete. Joined a local affiliate, was immediately hooked. Got my L1 a year later. Met Greg Amundson during a kettlebell specialty course, and was brought into his Trainer Internship Program. Have been coaching at CrossFit Amundson since September 2013. Thoroughly enjoy extending my CrossFit knowledge via mentorship with Greg Amundson, by coaching and taking Specialty Courses.
