How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat pretty clean, but not 100% Paleo.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I regularly play recreational sports
In high school or college I was never on a team but I liked to stay pretty athletic. Love playing outdoor sports like volleyball, basketball, bocce ball. My favorite sport however is Table Tennis.. ;)
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
Started CrossFit in May '12 and haven't looked back since.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Train 5 days a week on weekdays and rest on the weekend.

Since May 2012
