A late starter in crossfit and slowly making my way up the ladder each time...just keep chuggin' along.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat quality paleo foods and...but I will eat some non-paleo foods on the odd occasion...as a little treat to myself :D
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts
I record my workouts
I also do anything else I can when not at the box

I played youth or high school level sports
I used to play amateur league soccer
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course

I tried crossfit at an affiliate, then got hooked...did my Level 1 cert, became a coach (Jedi) at my box and have mixed my time between coaching, training, working and studying.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
My training schedule is all over the palce, I train any day and everyday I can, and listen to my body for when I need rest. I try to give myself at least 1-2 days a week rest but if I feel good I'll train. I always give myself a 4-7 rest "week" every 2-3 months, although I will still come into the box and coach or do some very light active rest work, technique work or pure mobility (biggest weakness).
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Started on 27th July 2012...and have't looked back since.
