How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I try to eat more "healthy" foods, than just limiting myself to strict Paleo, but find Paleo is about 75%+ of my diet anyways.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming

I work out at CrossFit Hell's Kitchen....our box is awesome and offers every amenity--a rarity in NYC! I mainly follow The Outlaw Way with supplemental programming thrown in from our Box and also by myself to work on extra weaknesses like oly lifts and gymnastic movements.

My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I started w/ CF about 3 yrs ago while living in Austin, TX at Westlake Crossfit and promptly drank the Kool-Aid---I fell in love with CrossFit and its challenges!!! Then I had to take about 6 months off of CrossFit as I had a busy travel schedule before officially starting back up shortly before Sectionals 2011 when I moved to NYC and joined CrossFit Hell's Kitchen. Since competing in last year's Regionals, I have spent the majority of my training time following the Outlaw Way and have seen many benefits from the programming regarding my strength and work capacity.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I usually do 3 days on 1 day off, 2 days on one day off for my weekly schedule.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
See above...started about 3 yrs ago w/ a 6 month hiatus thrown in there...I really only worked on what I was good at during the first year of CF training, but then learned during last year's Regional's that my Oly and strength lifts were a vital necessity as well as efficiency through those lifts, so I have been working those weaknesses over the last year, which has been targeted through following the Outlaw programming.
