Bio

I am lucky enough to get to coach at an outstanding facility as a full time job while still training enough to prepare for competitions like regionals. Training is a huge love of mine and I look forward to both the highs and the lows because I know that Ill always look back on today from a place that is farther ahead of where I currently am

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

Depending on the type of training that I am focusing on I vary my diet to make my training the most effective.

My Work/Rest Schedule

I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week

I strictly schedule my rest days

I typically rest 4 or more days per month

I love my training days and I also love my days off. As I build volume I know how much my body needs small rests so I look forward to them as a way to progress further for a longer period of time. I do restorative work as well
