I played baseball at a high level and trained hard for over 20 years. I thought I was in good shape, in October of 2011 I found out I wasn't very well rounded athlete. I wish I could have learned to train like this at a much, much earlier age. Good luck everyone!
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I eat paleo + legumes and cheat like hell on Saturday afternoons.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
Workout at Ohio FitClub and incorporate some of Hyperfit USA's programming.

I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Played collegiate baseball and still play in a mens baseball league.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
My schedule is usually 3 on and 1 off, so I generally get 4-5 rest days per month.
