How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I try to eat as well as possible but I slip up here and there. No dairy, very seldom have wheat/grain. I stick to Paleo pretty generally.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
I began following class workouts for over a year, and still do frequently. About a year into CrossFit I began following Outlaw barbell with the competitors at my current gym for some additional strength work. Most recently (beginning after 2015 Open) I have followed CrossFit Invictus Competitor program and I have seen drastic increases in strength, skill, and metcon capacity.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
High school- Football (running back), Track (4x100m Relay, open 200m, 4x400m Relay), Baseball (primarily outfield) College- Baylor University, short term Football (weak side safety), Club Lacrosse Sophomore and Junior years before finding CrossFit the summer prior to my Senior year.
My Experience With CrossFit

I received my level 1 certification in December 2012, attended the Mobility certification in January 2013, the Olympic Lifting specialty course in June 2013 and obtained my L2 certification November 2014. I opened my affiliate, CrossFit Panther City, January 2014. I train there full-time.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I did my first CrossFit workout on vacation at an affiliate in 2011, however, I did not begin training with CrossFit methodology until June 2013.
