Lifelong athlete, main focus in football, lacrosse, and track. Started CrossFit summer of 2012, began coaching January 2013 and opened CrossFit Panther City January 2014. I love to compete in team events, can't get enough!
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I try to eat as well as possible but I slip up here and there. No dairy, very seldom have wheat/grain. I stick to Paleo pretty generally.
