I try to eat as well as possible but I slip up here and there. No dairy, very seldom have wheat/grain. I stick to Paleo pretty generally.

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I record my workouts

I began following class workouts for over a year, and still do frequently. About a year into CrossFit I began following Outlaw barbell with the competitors at my current gym for some additional strength work. Most recently (beginning after 2015 Open) I have followed CrossFit Invictus Competitor program and I have seen drastic increases in strength, skill, and metcon capacity.
