I have been a full-time Personal Trainer since 2006 and a L1 CrossFit coach since 2009. I played sports my entire life and started CrossFitting shortly before getting my Level 1. I taught myself how to CrossFit with the help of weekend certifications and the main site/journal. I had never belonged to an Affiliate until I opened my own with my wife in 2012, CrossFit Syracuse. The 2014 Northeast Regional will be my 6th regional as an individual. With the support of my family, friends and gym, I am sure it will be the most exciting.
