Been CrossFitting since 2008. Qualified and competed as an individual in every Northeast Regional. I opened CrossFit Syracuse in 2012 with my Wife and it’s been amazing. For the 2016 season I have been following competitorstraining.com and have been loving it.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Paleo + yogurt, butter, white rice.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
I spent the first three years of my CrossFit experience totally on my own, training out of the various health clubs I worked at. I have had various remote coaches program for me in the past.

I started CrossFitting alone and learned how to perform the movements through videos on the Journal, other videos on the web, and the coaching I received during various certifications from CrossFit to USAW. Today I am the co-owner and head coach at CrossFit Syracuse. My days are filled with 1on1 clients ranging from 14 to 96 years old, group classes (love my members), and lots of mopping. My wife and I are blessed to have found CrossFit and our community...thanks guys.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month

First WOD was in 2007. So blessed to have found CrossFit.
