How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I stick with paleo foods for the most part but I also incorporate dairy and whey protein.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
In addition to CrossFit workouts I also try to swim at least once a week. Occasionally, I'll work in a run or bike ride.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I played baseball and deck hockey growing up and played college baseball at a Division 3 school for 4 years.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I started CrossFit at Mountaineer CrossFit in Morgantown, WV with Coach Thomas Hooton.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
My schedule usually looks something like this: CrossFit M/T/R/F/Sat, Swim or rest Wed, Open Gym work Fri, team/partner wod on Sat, then Wildcard on Sun (Either rest or any combination of yoga, oly lifts, open gym work, make-up wod, or outdoor activity). I scale back or take extra recovery days when I need them.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
