How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I don't eat strict Paleo but my family and I do eat pretty clean

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym

I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts

I try to train twice a day (morning and afternoon) 5 days a week and yoga at least once a week. I incorporate strength days during my 5 training days

I also like to cycle. I also do Yoga to clear my mind and help me relax.

My Experience With CrossFit

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

My relationship with Cross Fit started only one year ago. I went to a Ramp Up class that my unit had without much knowledge of what Cross Fit was. Once I completed the Ramp Up, the guys asked me to become the first female level one coach out with my unit. So then I attended my Cross Fit Level 1 Cert course at Valley Cross Fit where I just became really amazed at all the possibilites that Cross Fit has for everyone. I was worried though because I did have injuries to some of my weight baring joints that I thought maybe this was not for me at all.Since beginning Cross Fit, I no longer have the joint pains and my overal fitness level has changed completely. I do continue to monitor my joints that I had issues with just to make sure I don't injury myself but Cross Fit has completely enhanced and changed my strength. I really don't know what I would do if I never was introduced to Cross Fit!
