I eat whatever is convenient
I eat alot, always have, just think about food as energy for what ever it is that i'm doing, don't like to overthink it

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

When i see a workout that's all about the stuff i suck at i jump on it, love working on weaknesses.

I played youth or high school level sports
