How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Eat healthly most always but cheat in moderation. Work out is much harder the more I cheat so I pick my poisen.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Do Vacation WODS when on business travel and in moderation on vacation. 3-4X week CFit.

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
Body build by CFit - Addicted to the Results. You see what you put into it IF you can control your diet. Work outs are too hard and too much effort goes into them to NOT watch my diet.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I have over worked out in the past. Worked out 5-6 days a week and 2 of those days were 2X/day. I truly see more results pulling back to 3-4 days a week 1X a day. My body sure says: Thank YOU.
