How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I try to make the best choice in the moment, and not stress too much if I am not 100% perfection all the time, because that isn't healthy either.
How I Train
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
I train for Olympic weightlifting

I regularly play recreational sports
Yoga, SUP'r (stand up paddle board), hike.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course

I train other people
I have done CFKids, Power, Oly & Judges Certs.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
3 days a week Olympic lift, 3 days+ yoga, 1-2 days CrossFit
