How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat clean when I can, but do not meal prep or limit what type of foods I eat. I like fresh veggies and quality meats as well as pasta and the occasional slice of pizza. I love pizza.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I mostly workout at Brick CrossFit in West Hollywood, but also train at my fire station as well as bike, hike and run on my own.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I played high school football and soccer, college lacrosse and have played soccer for most of my life. I currently run, hike and train at my fire station.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have been doing CrossFit for 4 years now and really enjoy doing local competitions as well as the annual CrossFit Open. I have a great box in West Hollywood with amazing coaches and lots of really good friends that push and motivate me every day.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
CrossFit, Firefighting, Muay Thai, Running, Hiking and Cycling
