Been doing CrossFit for a little over a year now, I also run, hike, ride bikes and compete in Triathlons and WOD competitions. I spend my gym time at Brick in West Hollywood. Enjoying the workouts and getting stronger. I also love to hit other boxes when I am traveling and meet other athletes.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I mostly workout at Brick CrossFit in West Hollywood, but also train at my fire station as well as bike, hike and run on my own.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I played high school football and soccer, college lacrosse and have played soccer for most of my life. I currently run, do the occasional sprint triathlon and play coed kickball.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have been doing CrossFit for a little over a year now and enjoy doing local competitions.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month
I usually ride my bike to CrossFit at Brick, then hike after class, then ride home. I have recently started doing circuit training in the evenings for a full 2 x day work out.
