How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
JERF- Just Eat Real Food, my diet as a paleo base that I have built upon to suit my needs and performance. I love steak, favourite meal is bacon steak burger thats 1 steak 2 rashers bacon in between to beef patties.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I write my own programming

I train mostly at Crossfit Clitheroe, I also mix in some amount of running 10km events, i also like to keep active and mess about outdoors+ bouldering

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month
I do many crossfit sessions a week at crossfit clitheroe i also do specific oly lifting work, mix in some bouldering 2 times a monthish. a bit of running, stay active with walking hiking and coaching.
