How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
Mostly try and stray away from processed goods, keep up on water intake, but haven't messed around too much with going strict on anything.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I try to incorporate running and body weight movements at home and hit traditional Crossfit and specific equipment based stuff at my affiliate. Our head trainer and owner has structured programming and developments side programs for those who wish, and I come up with some workouts depending on how I am feeling.
My Athletic Background
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I played one year of college football and played roughly four years of college baseball @ the NAIA level. I still play in a summer baseball league and try and play pick-up basketball when possible. Would love trying something completely different like hockey at some point.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I train other people
Began at what is now Crossfit New Albany three years ago. Started as a functional based gym and grew into Crossfit as more knowledge was discovered on the growing sport of fitness. Also have baseball lessons at the gym.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
Haven't had much a of structured workout routine. Usually go with how I feel or based on what I have been doing lately.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Stayed pretty consistent, but lighter at certain months throughout the year then others.
