I'm a Level 1 CrossFit Certified Trainer attending Radford University as a Business major, before I began incorporating CrossFit into my training regimen I played lacrosse and lifted weights. After graduating high school I was tired of doing the same workouts over and over so I started CrossFitting and haven't looked back since.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I eat a lot of lean meats and try to eat as healthy as a college kid can.
How I Train
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I write my own programming
I've been programming for myself and my friends for a while, and until I stop seeing results I don't plan on stopping.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played lacrosse throughout high school, and other team sports while growing up. The main sports I play now are pick-up basketball games and CrossFit.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I train other people
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I try to keep my running and cardio to a minimum so I don't lose weight. I lift heavy three times a week and incorporate WODs in between.
