Hey guys. I am a CrossFitter who currently trains and coaches at CrossFit MP in Victoria. Looking to give the open a good shake this year for the first time.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I my diet is getting a lot better. Going from horrible to eating mostly good foods and trying to roughly balance macronutrients.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I train most days at CrossFit MP.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I have played Australian rules football since i was 7 for Rye FC. I would classify CrossFit as my 2nd sport now.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I train other people
I have completed my L1 (twice for good measure), Coaches Prep, AWF L1 and Cert 3&4 in Fitness.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I try to train Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. I rest on Thursday and Sunday. Not strict with this but that would be my ideal week.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I have been CrossFitting since Feb 12' but with footy season, 2 knee injuries this year and 6 weeks overseas i feel very new to the sport and am giving it a real go for the first time this year.
