How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I my diet is getting a lot better. It has gone from horrible to eating mostly good foods and trying to roughly balance macronutrients.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
I do my own programming more often then not.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I played Australian rules football since i was 7 until last year for Rye FC. I would classify CrossFit as my 1st sport now.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I train other people
I have completed my CrossFit L1 (twice for good measure), Coaches Prep, Gymnastics and Online Judges Courses. I have also done my AWF L1 & L2 and Cert 3&4 in Fitness.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I try to train Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. I rest on Thursday and Sunday. Not strict with this but that would be my ideal week.

I have been CrossFitting since Feb 12'.
