Francisco Hernandez Jr
As a former Division one athlete, I lost the desire to workout, I began to gain weight and feel completely unhealthy. I am a father of 3 and finding time to workout became and excuse not to. A co-worker of mine had been trying to get me to come to his gym and try crossfit for months. I finally decided I would go to a class with him and at the end, feeling fatigued, worn out and having fire throat, I knew I was hooked!! That was almost 2 years ago and I continue to push my body to it's limits to improve endurance, mobility and physical change.
