How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I measure my food by how much I can fit in my mouth. If it fits, it's the right amount.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
People call me the CFP CEO. I workout like a boss, hence the nickname. Also, chicks dig me 'cause I rarely wear underwear and when I do, it's usually something exotic.

I played youth or high school level sports
I played professional sports
I'm a big deal. People know me. I have many leather bound books and my home smells of rich mahogany. I play most sports. Well, all of them...including curling. And I usually play by "prison rules"...including curling.
