I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I like to get in 100 pushups in the parking lot of the club. Gets me swoll before I get to the dance floor and have to go punk out those Globo Gym d-dags.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I was 23 before I could tie my shoes.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I never used chalk in powder form before CF.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month
Usually work out until something snaps or tears and then I might take a rest day. I stress the word "might".
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I used to just exercise. But that was before I realized it had a name and that you could pay lots of money to do it.
